Wood Bear Knives Erikson 4.5” Steak Knife / Walnut / Satin Scandi Ground O1

Wood Bear Knives is a one man operation here in the US, using all US sourced materials and labor to make some of the cleanest ground blades out there. All using either CPM-3V or O1 tool steel to make some of the most robust traditional Scandi knives out there.

This is their Erikson steak knife with a 4.5" scandi ground satin O1 tool steel blade, with beautiful rough finished walnut scales adhered on the full tang. Comes in a stitched leather sheath.
