The Hellefisk is a straight-forward fillet knife with a cork handle. The stainless Sandvik 12C27 blade of thin with a high profile grind to better slice or fillet your fish. The cork helps you get your knife back IF you drop it overboard or in the river. Because the blade itself weighs less then 2 ounces, it will bob and float no problem.
